Attention Online Bill Payments
The FSWA has a new bill payment processor.
Enter by clicking Pay Bill Online.
You may pay as a guest or register as a user.
If you were registered as a user with the previous processor you will need to register again.
A new feature moving forward is your information can now be saved for future payments!
The processing fee is 3% with a $3.00 minimum. This is a decrease from our previous processor.

Payments are due on the 10th of the month. If the 10th of the month is a Saturday or Sunday payments placed in the drop box located next to the front doors at the office at 113 E Main St, Fredericksburg by 8am on the Monday of that weekend will be considered paid by the due date.
Payments received after the 10th of the month will have a penalty of 10% and are due by the 10th of the following month.
If payment is not received by the 10th of the following month you will receive a notice posted on the property door stating that payment is due in full within 15 days and a $50 fee will be added to your account.
If payment is not received by the termination date printed on the door posting, water service will be terminated and you will be charged $100 to have water service restored.
